Mentoring process

The mentoring program of the Digital Literacy Foundation is designed to keep children on the path of learning and self-management. Our mentors serve as a resource, leveraging their experience, to put digital knowledge in perspective supporting the student’s goals – thereby keeping the student engaged. We aim to bring sustainable change in their lives, helping young people leverage their potential and abilities to achieve their goals.

  • Session 1: Introduction of the program, getting to know each other, regularity, setting life goals, developing a vision

  • Session 2: How do I formulate goals?

  • Session 3: How to achieve goals?

  • Session 4: Getting to know career paths in the present and future - Which is the best for me?

  • Session 5: What skills do I need to gain and develop to be successful? Dedication, cooperation, communication

  • Session 6: Closing- What did I learn? Designing your own vision is how I imagine my next year? 

    • + Surprise guest: A star businessman / athlete / actor /singer /successful professional joins the meeting personally or via video call sharing his/ her experiences with the mentored
