Andrew S. Hunter
Secretary
Andrew Hunter serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Digital Literacy Foundation. He brings extensive technology, management and business acumen to the role. Currently working with one of the country’s fastest growing municipalities, he drives strategic solutions to protect IT assets and scale solutions to ensure business requirements and growth demands are met.

With a history of community involvement through youth sports, scouting programs, and Technology Advisory Board member for a local Technical College, Mr. Hunter currently volunteers as a Technology & Business Advisory Committee member as well as Engineering and Robotics mentor with Dunbar High School.

A long career as an executive with a large multinational information technology company beginning in applications and database programming, Mr. Hunter understands technology at its core. Leading large, diverse international teams, his experience encompasses roles in Data Analytics, Web Development, Master Data Management, global Data Warehouse architecture, Business Intelligence & analytics, web design, high-availability architecture, and cross-geography disaster recovery. Mr. Hunter also drove a “learning plan” to educate key executives on technology trends and best practices to maintain technical and managerial acuity.
Arpi Solti
President
Arpi Solti currently serves as the President of the Digital Literacy Foundation. He is a successful Entrepreneur and Executive Manager. Arpi is an accomplished Management and IT consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Operational Excellence, and Business Architecture design and modeling.

Due to his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise, he is considered a successful businessman with a demonstrated history of working in the management and IT consulting industry in Europe and in the United States. His Management Consulting project repertoire includes engagements in Business Architecture (BA), Enterprise Architecture (EA), as well as engagements in the areas of ECM, ERP, and CRM.

Arpi is a highly business minded person, and with a deep knowledge in his areas of interest. He also had the opportunity to gain several years of experience in coding school activities. His current activities are focused on International Business Development and SharePoint product development.
Arpi’s volunteer activities are closely aligned with his passion to engage the community in Digital Transformation.
